Thanks for posting this, it was a great listen. She was a great guest on Rob’s podcast a couple of years ago. I found her insight regarding the culture at LWT interesting, which in part explains how the Richard Littlejohn incident occurred. (Not him, but what happened once with his programme obviously.)

Yes that was an interesting story and yes it probably does explain the 90s incident. It's worth remembering that wasn't just LWT with that sort of culture, if you've ever seen any Christmas Tape from the 70s and 80s you'll know they're padded out with all sorts of things that wouldn't be allowed in the workplace these days
