It's worth remembering that TSW had been operating (as Westward) for a while beforehand - so the transition was seamless.

But the video recording is very rare: according to Wikipedia, it was deemed missing until a Kaleidoscope event in 2012. IIRC there's a potato recording of a Youtube upload of the show, but I don't think that solves OP's question.

its not. The Opening Show was bizarrely on later on New Years Day. Then switch was Roger the continuity announcer handing off in a suit, and then signing back on in a jumper surrounded by the technicians in jumpers laughing and having a party.
