On a related note, I did an unscientific poll of my friends today and most of them couldn't notice the difference until I showed them the old logo side-by-side!

After being on here all day I am not sure anymore see in my mind if you are relaunching something the strategy in my mind would be at the minimum to update the bbc logo on screen (branding aside) but I think I’ll log off now for today :-)

It’d be weird for the BBC to be using 2 different logos at the same time. I think that tomorrow, all that’s gonna happen on the BBC News channel, it’s international version (World News), CBBC and CBeebies is that they’ll replace the Gill blocks with the Reith blocks while keeping the current idents and pres.
