Can't answer for ITV but BBC Press Office put out this piece on Wimbledon & Euro 2020 Final on Sunday viewing figures and iplayer requests etc.

If the pull of England was ever in doubt, their four matches shown on the BBC are four of the top five most requested matches:
BBC Media Centre Wrote:The top five most requested live BBC matches online across BBC Sport and BBC iPlayer were:
Italy v England (6.9m)
England v Germany (6.5m)
Ukraine v England (5.2m
Italy v Spain (5m)
England v Croatia (4.5m)

I suspect they had a few million trying to find it on the iPlayer for the semi as well.

England's success should give a boost to ITV's coverage later in the year as they have 7 England World Cup Qualifiers to show between September - November.
The deal though must be coming up close for renewal as I believe it only runs until 2022. There may well be renewed interest in the rights after the Euros so good for the FA too.

Viewing figures in from the USA. Quite good I'd say from my little knowledge of US viewing patterns, a 43% increase on five years ago.

Are the qualifiers Crown Jewels?
I know they used to be on Sky.
Euro 2020 (+1) - RR - 14-07-2021
No - on the other hand the current contract is the Euro and World Cup qualifiers plus a couple of pre tournament friendlies for England live on ITV, all other live games, including all Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland qualifiers, live on Sky.
Euro 2020 (+1) - Brekkie - 14-07-2021
Arguably the qualifiers are of less value to ITV with England playing pretty well than if there was some jeopardy over whether they qualify.

Are all 7 of those qualifiers on ITV? They ought to rate well as many viewers will be interested in seeing the start of the ‘next chapter’ in the story off the back of the successful Euros campaign
