Always remember a few years ago timeshifting something on Sky+ (can't remember why I was timeshifting it), but could hear cheers of everybody on the block and I was about 20 minutes or so behind the action. Talk about spoilers!

I have been streaming on two devices. Shield streaming M6 on with MyCanal, with my Android phone on iPlayer. iPlayer is a whopping four minutes behind the live linear version of BBC One, but is stable if SD quality, while MyCanal is 1080p and two minutes behind live.
Zattoo and Teleboy haven't handled the traffic well at all from Switzerland.

I'm about 70-80s behind on UHD tonight, previous games have been about 30s. And for the first time I've had to physically connect the TV to the router to keep it stable.
Also, how come my Virgin V6 wouldn’t let me watch in UHD? Only the TV itself is allowing the UHD feed.

The streams are oversubscribed tonight, a number of my friends have been unable to gain access, and I tried and failed to at half time too

Was to be expected but I've not been able to access the 4K feeds for anything via Virgin's V6 iPlayer.
Luckily it's a decent telly, and unusually, properly powered.

If only there was some other way to deliver exactly the same content to a limitless number of receivers ?

But I think the choice to air the episode now has a lot to do with the fact that they've got Laura Whitmore, a panel and a covid-scale studio audience waiting in a studio somewhere all ready for live Love Island Aftersun straight after tonight's episode.
