Prince Philip has Died - James Martin - 10-04-2021 This answers the eternal question from the old joint - "what happens with a Cat A before or during Eurovision?" Dumped to iPlayer at best but more likely signposts on social media to the EBU's feed on YT. Prince Philip has Died - TVNewsViewer - 10-04-2021 Frances post_id=4991 time=1618007808 user_id=1084 Wrote:had appeared later on BBC One. You are right. BBC Scotland in fact joined BBC One just after 23:00, not switch to the News Channel. (On a technicality, I was of course right that BBC Scotland appeared to join the News Channel as it did *appear* to do so to me but in fact didn't actually.) Scotland & BBC One are together and flipper and prog id for the Papers from 23:08. I wonder if BBC Three had a slide similar to this, or if they would've stayed on as an alternative Prince Philip has Died - Torpido1 - 10-04-2021 Bbc 1 and 2 are both showing live Sport tomorrow pm so that stops the coverage and nothing else will be happening by then that will be quite right Prince Philip has Died - James Martin - 10-04-2021 swaggyboi128 post_id=5015 time=1618009583 user_id=1485 Wrote:Steve in Pudsey post_id=5012 time=1618009428 user_id=942 Wrote:True.swaggyboi128 post_id=5007 time=1618009249 user_id=1485 Wrote:They may have had a previous incarnation that wasn't in the Reith font I guess... Doubt it. If they won't put an alternative out on 4, they sure as Hell won't on 3. I remember the one where someone was concerned a clash between the FA Cup Final and Wimbledon, one on BBC One and the other on BBC Two might cause the BBC to run out of main channels if a major member of the Royal Family died on the same day. The answer was that, if that happened, Wimbledon wouldn't then be taking place so the whole issue wouldn't arise. Prince Philip has Died - London Lite - 10-04-2021 On the late ITV News London bulletin, while they used the obit titles, the astons were back to the normal colour set. Matthew probably either doesn't know any better than us or he's probably just some kid. Prince Philip has Died - DeMarkay - 10-04-2021 No sign of GMB in tomorrow’s schedule Prince Philip has Died - itsrobert - 10-04-2021 A bit of a messy throw to Sir Simon Schama there on BBC News. He obviously didn't realise he was on camera (down the line from New York) and was gesticulating madly to someone for some reason and looked a bit ticked off. Incidentally, Sir Simon is in desperate need of a librarian to organise his bookcase. Probably the messiest heap of books and papers I have seen since the pandemic began!
