Pretty much all new children's programmes in the last few months have been using the new logo in the titles - Swashbuckle, Teeny Tiny Creatures, Blue Peter, Horrible Histories etc.

I don't think I've seen the Horrible Histories one yet.

I hope new idents will be rolled out soon this year, as we already seen wonderful new idents for BBC Three and BBC Four, which have slightly better presentation package than BBC One.

Showing Oneness back to back with the balloon was a brave call before The One Show. They do seem to be very reliant on the Steel Band ident lately - seem to see it far more regularly than anything else.

Hopefully they can incorporate the old idents, maybe similar to NI's 90th celebrations. A nicely framed shot of the testcard over Ronan's shoulder throughout the programme too.Something amiss in the south east tonight as we had a static, silent Kayakers ident at 10 and crashed the start of the programme with the announcer. I don't recognise the shot either, possibly the final frame?

Is the original concept still going ahead, i.e. a mixture of live-action and CGI but now filmed outside London? Or has it been completely scrapped and started from scratch?

The new identity of BBC One is strong, good logo and colour palette. It will be great to see the new style further on idents later in the year. Never a fan of oneness but nice transition. My only gripe was having the new style Christmas package then back to before.
I suppose we are lucky not to have a Love 22 or OneNESS revival. New BBC style should make them stronger

New style? The Shaun the Sheep idents were clearly designed for the old logo, there was too big a gap at the bottom and the top of the tree was obscured by the BBC logo.
