Haven't got around to watching a full programme yet but from what I've seen briefly it looks like Sportscene on BBC Scotland has adopted the new look MOTD football, with a saltire variant. Also the screens and panels behind the pundits have adopte dthe style ssen in the intro to this Euros highlights (as an example).

New graphics for the EFL season debuted this weekend. Inspired by the roundness of the old graphics but an improvement IMO. (Discovery+ won't allow me to screenshot for some reason).
EFL on Quest retaining the same studio, graphics and format though but apparently had a range of technical troubles and issues last night.

Not fully briefed on Sky Sports' viewing figures and what should be expected but that does seem a little low. As the tweet says there was a lot of other stuff on at the same time and the negative narrative and playing styles I doubt would have helped the situation either.

Will be interesting to see that in context, and especially if that is the match figure or the programme figure, although with hour long halves in the last two tests almost half of the 90 minute follow up scheduled was lost to the match itself.
Agree you'd expect it to rate much better for a decisive test but the last two have been a struggle to watch. The TMO has long been a fixture in rugby and usually adds 5-10 minutes to a half, but the last two games have seen 20-25 minutes added to a half.
If we wanted stop start games we'd watch American sports - noticed skipping through my recordings of the Olympics at two intervals that the last minute in a basketball game can last almost ten.

Yep, a lot of rugby matches, and the Lions test took it to an extreme, bore on for far too long resulting in a rather substandard product to broadcast at times (especially if you're not fully embracing how the US does it and go to ad breaks/the studio). To add context to that, the ball was in play for 32% of the 80 minutes yesterday and the match was over 2 hours in real time from kick-off to final whistle. Just not entertaining enough for many to be enticed to keep watching.

But nothing's really changed... They've not had the Pro-14 or French leagues since a couple of years anyway.
For a few years now, their staple has been the non-6-Nations England internationals and Southern Hemisphere. Who knows who was to blame for the last-minute nature of the Sanzaar-international rights, but IMO they're still in with a good chance of winning the "home nations" AI contract.
If Sky secure that, then they've more-or-less maintained the same position they had prior to last November...

With the new gridiron season creeping up on us (if still a few weeks away), Sky Sports aired the traditional preseason curtain raiser, the Pro Football Hall of Fame Game, last Thursday. An interesting titbit is that they appeared to be taking an off-air feed of WYNW New York, with a “FOX5” DOG on air for a few seconds after each break and snippets of US commercials even popping up at times. Not the normal Fox NFL stadium feed at any rate.

BTW, as someone living in the NYC area, in the borough of Queens, I can tell you the correct call letters for the FOX station is WNYW.

Just a typo on my part! In fact the call letters did (correctly) appear on screen at one point.
That is not normally the way that Sky take Fox (or CBS) games during the regular season - they normally get a feed that gives you the game output from the stadium, so you get the pictures, commentary, music, and match graphics, but you don’t get anything added by the network centrally, so the bottom bar with updates from other games (on CBS) is missing, as are studio segments (Fox NFL Gamebreaks/The NFL Today Updates).
