It would be nice to think that the new BBC One idents will launch on New Year's Day, but sadly there's been no suggestion that's the case...
New BBC1 idents probably will be launch at the time BBC News (domestic and international) and BBC World Service rebrands next spring, where completely-refurbished Studio B will be officially unveiled.

I also doubt that new idents will be launch before BBC News rebrand. I rather expecting it to be happen in spring 2022 to coincides with the opening of the brand-new Studio B for BBC One News bulletins.

Maybe yes. I don't know who composing it but BBC World Service usually will have similar rebranding as their television counterparts (BBC News and BBC World News) and its domestic radio counterparts.
