Saturday teatime is the Premier League on Sky, so not really. The Football League matches are on Saturday lunchtimes. Friday nights are a regular Football League slot but presumably any German football in that slot will be on Mix or online or something.

It was announced yesterday that the Rugby League World Cup has been postponed until 2022. The primary reason for the decision occurred a few weeks ago when the Australian Rugby League Commission and New Zealand Rugby League decided that their countries wouldn't participate due to "player welfare and safety concerns".
For the BBC (who are the rights-holder for the tournament), the tournament being rescheduled adds yet another event to the already long list of sports events (eg; Winter Olympics, Women Euros, Commonwealth Games, FIFA Men's World Cup, etc) they'll broadcast in their centenary year.

I think that would depend heavily on whether it's an F1 weekend, and what time support race action wraps up. A lot of the European rounds are completely done by 16:30 BST on Saturday.

It seems that OneFootball will continue to broadcast the DFB-Pokal alongside Premier Sports, broadcasting every match available with world feed (Premier only showing three of the eight matches this weekend). Not the biggest surprise as Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund and the DFB are part owners of OneFootball. I'm not quite sure what I think on clubs owning a media and news company - a possible (inevitable?) conflict of interest at points?

As @RR mentioned in relation to BT Sport, OneFootball also seems to possibly break the 3 PM blackout today with Sandhausen v. Leipzig (14:30 K.O) advertised in the above article. This may just be for viewers in Ireland (and, unlikely, NI, Scotland and Wales) though.

It looks like BT Sport have realized (or been told) of the issue re the blackout today, and have removed the 4pm kick-off from their schedule. BT Sport 3 is now showing a repeat of an Australian Rules game instead.
