P.S. Hadn't noticed there are elements in the ITV titles which change for the match featured with the screen in the computer game and the newspaper headline both tonight saying Czech Rep v Ebgland.

My guess is because of the fact both games are on at the same time, since STV are airing Scotland vs Croatia. Some Scots still wanna see the three lions so ITV2 are simulcasting it for them.

Wonder how the BBC would have dealt with it considering now they can't opt on BBC2 Scotland, so assuming they'd have put Scotland on BBC1 that really only leaves them with BBC Scotland to air an England game north of the border, unless one-off opt for BBC2 would still be possible.

Quite funny seeing the ref take the knee on the Scotland game then realise he is the only one to do so and quickly get back up.

Anyway - all hypothetical - ITV seem to favour sweeping up the final group games whilst the BBC often end up with the opening games.
TBH if it is straightforward alternate picks surprised both tonight's games and Eng v Scot ended up on the same broadcaster. Presumably the BBC prioritised the last-16 first pick.
