ITV Programming Thread - Andrew - 07-02-2022 As others have said, even as a fan of Jordan’s, the concept was thin and it’s no great surprise to not see another series. There are better versions of the same format (such as Bradders and Barney). It’s not some great sensational Axing. ITV Programming Thread - Brekkie - 08-02-2022 Do ITV have any requirement regarding independent productions in prime time? Not sure who made this or indeed their other series that fill the soap sandwich slots but I'd have thought they were the sort of shows that might come from independent producers (and not those owned by ITV) so that could potentially cause issues down the line, though I suspect they likely exceed their quotas anyway. I'm pretty sure they do have a quota but quite a lot of their schedule, including primetime (in fact probably more-so primetime), is made up of indie-made shows anyway that I expect they probably do meet it anyway. ITV Programming Thread - Andrew - 08-02-2022 And half the soap fillers seem to be made by Multi Story Media (I.e ITV) anyway ITV Programming Thread - DeMarkay - 08-02-2022 Big fan of the set design this year for the BRITs. Very old school. ITV Programming Thread - Fanoftv - 08-02-2022 DeMarkay post_id=67746 time= user_id=1013 Wrote:Big fan of the set design this year for the BRITs. Very old school. I definitely agree. Have they distanced from a themed award this year? I expected the award to resembled the pylon theme, but it seems to just be a metal award this year. The whole ceremony feels back to basics, in a really good way. Bar the little slip of a swear word earlier Mo has been a fantastic host and has thrived off the atmosphere in the arena. Looks like it’s in next weeks schedule, for now. ITV Programming Thread - Brekkie - 10-02-2022 Is it a ploy to get people watching potentially less interesting episodes? (spoiler for another show, but related) ITV Programming Thread - JAS84 - 11-02-2022 If that's the case they should've just scheduled her episode to air last in the first place. Simon Cowell has COVID, so he missed some Britain's Got Talent auditions.
