I believe that's an error from digitaltveurope.com. Gabriel Attal has been absolutely clear that no privatisation was planned:

Obviously they could just not keep their promise, and the whole "no more licence fee" is a very bad thing, but for now no privatisation.

To say that the announcement was a huge relief would be a SEVERE understatement.

During an interview for Le Parisien, Michel Drucker announced that his long-running Sunday teatime show, Vivement dimanche, is moving from France 2 to France 3, as part of the restructuring of France Télévisions’ channel remits promoted by Stéphane Sitbon-Gomez (France 2 taking on a younger, urban demographic, and France 3 catering to a regional, largely older audience). The show will also move to a earlier slot after the weekend 12/13 (and consequently counterprogramming Laurent Delahousse’s 13h15 le dimanche). This is the newest high-profile move between both sister PSB channels, as France 3 is trying to increase their reliance on regional opt-outs, programming targeted at an older audience and an increased focus on sport (which led to the decision to move Stade 2 to the channel before the pandemic).
Drucker, even in spite of its age (he turns 80 in September) and a difficult heart surgery, has no plans to retire from his duties on the show, which has hosted and produced (with his longtime producing partner Françoise Coquet) since 1998, when he began occupying the Sunday teatime slot left by Jacques Martin’s shows after his retirement due to an illness and general programming changes at the PSB.

Alongside the announcement of the changes regarding Drucker, Le Parisien got a scoop on France TV’s first plans for their historic Paris 2024 Olympic coverage (exclusive FTA partner in a sublicensing deal with Warner Bros. Discovery/Eurosport). Drucker has been offered a presentation place in their coverage, given his historic relationship with the PSB’s sports coverage before focusing full-time on his variety shows. This full-circle situation will result on an evening show during the Games, co-hosted with longtime studio host Laurent Luyat, which will take on a similar style to Vivement dimanche (long-form conversations on popular French personalities in front of a live studio audience), but with a particular focus on the Olympics and sport.

One thing you can't say about BBC One is them moving shows to sister channels in an attempt to skew the audience younger. But France 2 is in-part reliant on commercials, even more so when the public funding changes later this year, so I can see why they're moving the older audience over to France 3.
It makes me wonder why they switched Capitaine Marleau from France 3 to 2 when they're skewing younger. The Marleau drama series fitted in nicely with the France 3 evening crime dramas which are watched avidly by my mother. However Alex Hugo moved from 2 to 3, so I don't quite understand the logic behind the moving of some of their shows previously.
I get the feeling that France 2 under their new younger skew will commission more talent show formats to replace the older skewed prime time shows on Saturday evenings.

The program being promoted is actually titled Four Weddings for a Honeymoon -- "une lune de miel" literally translates as "a moon of honey", or a honeymoon in the context that we'd know it. It is not a weird retitling of a 1994 movie, but instead a new locally-produced early-evening series where a famous (French) wedding planner judges four different weddings, with the best ceremony winning a honeymoon. (In essence, think of it as a wedding version of Come Dine With Me.) So there's good reason TFX is going heavy on the promotion -- it's their new show, and from the looks of that picture, it's premiering tomorrow!
