It isn't so much the case of banning entertainment, it's that if they have to break next Saturday it is better to hold back the series. I suspect both the BBC and ITV will be led by each other.

To be fair something like that is probably the least of their worries at this time, the continuity announcer corrects them 20-30 seconds later.
