Maureen Lipman's LWT comedy Agony was revived by the BBC.
Also a couple of Ronnie Barker/Ronnie Corbett sitcoms from LWT were reinvented by the BBC. Characters from Hark At Barker became His Lordship Entertains.
Ronnie Corbett's No, That's Me Over Here! transitioned to Now Look Here on the BBC.

Yes, really odd considering that virtually the same programme would be on channel 4 on the same night minus the BBC logo.

Yes I do remember when virtually every programme on the BBC featured the blocks at the very beginning, did seem quite excessive. Maybe that’s why they eventually went with the decision to just mark the BBC Studios productions.

The original Dave series while still being shown on Dave were repeated on E4 last year and now shown nightly on 4 Music.

I'd say US shows which begin on free to air channels at least probably end up moving channels more often than not. Repeat rights will always move around too.
I think Don't Tell the Bride might be the only BBC3 show that is actually still going so it might just end up back where it started. Although Really and 4Music picked up repeats to Sun, Sex and Suspicious Parents I'm quite surprised neither opted for another series as the channel it was broadcast on closing was perfect cover for them filming considering it was pretty much the only show that filmed young Brits abroad at the time.
Didn't realise when Celebrity Big Brother was broadcast on BBC1 their version of the titles had the BBC1 blocks. As others said it was a 10 minute summary at 10.35pm each night after the 9pm show on C4. C4 broadcast the launch, though BBC1 had a half hour previewunveiling the celebs. The final was part of the Red Nose Night telethon on BBC1.

Dare say imports don't count, they quite often shift around. And I'm sure Joy of Painting was on Shed or some similar channel while BBC Four was airing it. It's not unique to BBC Four.

I don't get how Bob Ross has become memeworthy in the UK, when its only been broadcast on niche satellite channels that youngsters won't ever have watched, yet suddenly they start quoting him as if they have vast knowledge of him. :?

Opportunity Knocks started on the BBC Light Programme, then moved to Radio Luxembourg before starting on ITV. It was later revived by the BBC for a couple of series.

Trying to think of shows that have moved channels, but in doing so been renamed.
ITV are now airing Undercover Big Boss, previously aired on C4 as Undercover Boss. C5 also originally revived Going for Gold under the name One to Win - was exactly the same format IIRC other than using international contestants. They later did Going for Gold themselves. I think Paul Sinha's TV Showdown credits Telly Addicts too with it's format heavily borrowing from it.
Sometimes it's been slightly less official - I think Top Gear has already been mentioned becoming Fifth Gear on C5 and again with The Grand Tour on Amazon - both occassions where the BBC may have kept the brand but much of the talent, both on and off screen, moved to the new show.

IIRC from the old place, weren't the blocks used to test ARC was working as it would be really easy to see if they were squished or squeezed if it went wrong?
One of the shows that didn't feature the BBC blocks around this time was the USA version of the Weakest Link, despite the show having a "executive producer for the BBC' credit.

Bob Ross was memeworthy years ago. Good memes go round in circles and just come back to the front. Joy of Painting has appeared on Netflix (and Amazon and YouTube), so outside of TV channel airings (on BBC Four or otherwise), he's not exactly an obscure individual to internet folk. Plus he's been spoofed in other more mainstream shows:
