Unusual time to do it but I guess timed with the beginning of their SPFL Cup sponsorship. Keeping the trademark Setanta black and yellow colours, though maybe the mic covers (which were virtually the same as the old Setanta ones) will look a bit different now.

I think it is. Should complement their UK Pro League coverage on the red button nicely (not sure it was getting much attention in previous weeks.

From their Twitter clips, the presenters/pundits seems to be using ear mic (not sure on the correct term) with guests having black unbranded mics.

Just checked FreeSports and looks exactly the same as before. Odd when its current brand heavily ties in with the now former Premier brand.

Yeah the in game graphics are basically the same. The channel pres is quite nice though, plenty of animation in them!
The new mic covers have run a mile from the Setanta influence though…they’re white with “PS” in a circle.

The little red "Adv" tab which stuck out the top of the generic rugby scorebug made me think I'd missed an England red card for a moment there.

Not a fan of this package at all to be honest - the team sheets look a mess and not keen on the tiny bits of information popping out of the scorebar, along with the unnecessary emblems making the graphic twice as big as it needs to be.

Live F1 back on C4 next weekend with the British Grand Prix and a revamped weekend schedule which sees a new Sprint Qualifying format introduced. That means on Friday night they will show live qualifying, in the usual three part format, from 6pm to determine the starting places for the Sprint Qualifying race the following day. That will be a 100km "sprint" race taking about half an hour on Saturday at 4.30pm, with the finishing order determining the grid for the Sunday race at 3pm.
