That is very clever that had me fooled, explains why there is no haloing what should have been the giveaway for me was the pixels on the screen, had that been fake there would be none, only thing that bugs me about the itv sport studio is the logo on the set, the sport part seems to be the wrong font completely!

Is the background a screen or an image then?

BBC coverage of Finland v. Russia using the secondary studio this afternoon.

You know what though? It doesn't need the VR/CGI 'roof' on that set. Those couple of spotlight black boxes are so small and anonymous, they could have got away with showing those in shot from dolly jib.

Yes, and the green-screen wasn't that impressive. Plenty of green reflections on the skin/glasses of the three studio members. Has that effect always been there since this studio has come into use?

And Wales-centric titles going into the Wales match just now. The Wales slide was first up instead of the England slide that was a bit later on.

Seems the new style of desk and the squares backdrop has also made its way to the Queens tennis, but that now means the new non football studio’s backdrop design is already out of line with everything else.

How are these extended build ups rating? Personally for me the longer the build up the closer to kick-off I'm probably tuning in.

Few picture/sound issues for Wales v Turkey on this end? Picture freezing and sound dipping a few times, and now the scorebar's taken its leave.

And the World Feed commentary has appeared
EDIT: And now no sound at all. Now fixed again. Steve Wilson says only one camera available to see.

Sound lost now clock back and Savage as well. Apology from Steve Wilson who says they're losing pictures in the stadium too. Down to one camera.

Technical difficulties on the Wales v Turkey Match
Euro 2020 (+1) - itvblocks - 16-06-2021
Did they switch to a raw feed in the Wales game?
Euro 2020 (+1) - BBC TV Centre - 16-06-2021
Completely blipped and picture/graphics went grey for a second. All fans to the vision mixer please?

Yes, but I belive thats not the BBCs fault. ARD here in Germany has similar problems, though their commentator is not on site, so they haven't lost their commentary.
