CITV had a kids game show called What's Happening with Tommy Boyd where contestants were grouped by their local ILR station.

Never seen such a cerebral quiz show for children (admittedly older children, but still). They don't make those sorts of shows anymore, and I can see why.

Great bit at the end with the competition, where last week's appears to have been cancelled because the local elections were"too complicated" and seemingly the question was impossible, and then Boyd darts through this week's with a rather garbled question and no indication of what you might win. Wouldn't get away with that these days, though there was a Saturday SuperStore from 1982 on YouTube, possibly still is, where they have to make several apologies at the end for launching competitions without actually saying what the prize or the question was. Seemingly if What's Happening wasn't live, it was as-live.

Reminds me of someone writing in to TV Cream once regarding the old Saturday morning show TX which had a regular competition where you had to predict where in the charts that week's musical act would enter, and one week they had to embarrassingly apologise that there were no winners because Kaja, formerly Kajagoogoo, had failed to chart at all.

4-tel on view from 1983, 89 and 93:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xPdm_wrGovU

The 1983 and 89 ones seem to be incomplete, and the 1993 one loops though several times... that day seems to have been a pretty thin day on the 4-tel on view front too- just the listings, a charity appeal and Big Breakfast pages. Even most of the usual animations aren't there.

This was only a few weeks after 4-tel on view returning after being absent for the first half of 1993, might explain the dearth of content.

An unused CBeebies ident just resurfaced, this I remember seeing online back in early 2012, with the BBC One Balloon ident (with a CBBC bug in the top left corner of the screen)

A rare clip from the Summer of 1998 when the Teletubbies were introduced by a CBBC Two ident but with Andy Cartledge as the continuity announcer, mind you it didn't matter as CBBC at the time were using corporate branding because only the C was added next to the BBC Two logo.

When I saw this clip a few months ago (regarding Andy Cartledge announcing Teletubbies), All I could think of was either Dominic was running late, there was technical problems, or just a rare one-off during the "yellow" era. Interesting find nonetheless.

I would say yes given what Dominic said at the beginning of this clip.
