For me County Cricket has been the biggest casualty of the pay TV deal and I certainly think the lack of free to air exposure harmed the launch of the T20 Blast, which doesn't seem to have reached anywhere near the heights of the IPL or Big Bash. They're trying now to correct that with the Hundred, but it feels like shutting the door after the horse has bolted and adding yet another format to a sport which really doesn't need it.

It's unlikely but Channel 4 and Channel 5 should team up for sports rights in the same way that the BBC and ITV do for Six Nations, Euros, World Cup etc The Rugby World Cup would be a good one to get as both channels air rugby or perhaps F1.

The subs also appear in the same small box below the scoreboard, with player going off then player coming on shown


Something I've not seen before is this graphic that appears at the bottom of the screen near the end of the match showing goal scorers, yellow cards etc. Reminds me of the stats that pop-up in the corner during MOTD interviews.
