Only a spoiler if you know surely. Wink

Love the nonsense of this - so needed in a medium which often takes itself too seriously nowadays.

The Donut film was filmed at a place near me... was very suprised to see that on the TV! Went there last year with my nephews and niece for the first time in nearly 25 years.

I wish I could sing like that! Or at all.

Loving this is always. It has all the energy and wit that X Factor was lacking in its final years.

How is the tour going to work? If featuring contestants would be odd to mask them up again, but you're not going to go to watch them perform unmasked.

On This Morning Joel mentioned that it’s a selection of singers from the show and two new masked singers unique to each venue to give the crowd something to play along with.

Well, Chandelier was eliminated first. Not a Blue Peter presenter at all, despite the boat on top of her. The boat is a clue to HMS which stands for Heather M Small, who happens to be the celebrity in the Chandelier costume. Anyway, Day 2 of the Masked Singer, and here are the celebs preforming tonight at 7:30pm. Rockhopper vs Traffic Cone, Poodle vs Snow Leopard and Panda vs Bagpipes. What are your predictions for tonight's show? Mine is that I think Bagpipes is definitely someone Scottish.

I think the opposite. I think Bagpipes will not be Scottish as a shock twist. The costume designer is Scottish I believe and said in a interview last year they wanted to create a Scottish themed costume.

Well, I guess we'll have to find out tonight.

The production team are credited as Bandicoot Scotland too - think they were a small Scottish producer who quietly picked up the UK rights to The Masked Singer before it took off in the US and became a major international franchise. Indeed one of the founders is the Tree of Temptation. They don't seem to have done much else though.

Well, kind of. The 'Scotland' bit is a bit of a fallacy, while the founders are both Scottish and they have an office in Glasgow, they and the development team are London based in the parent company's Argonon building. And while the production planning side of the Masked Singer/Dancer is in Glasgow I think much of the editorial are in London, and of course it's filmed in Bovingdon, but putting it through the Scotland office of course means it can tick quotas for ITV (as does Bovingdon).

Also their website's a bit out of date but they've also made Peckham's Finest for ITV2.

The Masked Singer is a bit odd in that there's no one company who produces it globally. In America, it's Fox Entertainment and in Australia it's Warner Bros.

That’s true of lot of formats.

Think Bagpipes might be David Baddiel? Only think that because he said he’s started a tradition of his own.

I've been wondering how they're doing these Twitter things - seems it's a very simple system: make it up.
I've checked some of the twitter accounts supposedly giving their thoughts - either the account doesn't exist, or if it does the tweet doesn't...

Are they in the audience; they give their twitter or name and are surveyed on an app of some form (perhaps the one they vote with)?

Also, can you even have dots in a Twitter username?
