The updates to the Franceinfo newsroom studio looks great IMHO.
In the other side, CNEWS is going all-in on conservative punditry and sharing resources with Europe 1 for tonight's election special. Laurence Ferrari and Sonia Mabrouk are leading a talk-heavy evening with the pundits who replaced Zemmour in the controversial Face à l'info programme: Québecois polemist and pundit Mathieu Bock-Côté, editor of the Valeurs actuelles magazine Charlotte d'Ornelas and Figaro editorialist Eugénie Bastié, among others. It also plans to chase Macron and Le Pen and their activities in the aftermath of the exit polls and results.

You can really see the strong influence of Sky's 'The Brexit Election' coverage in the France 2 exit poll reveal as [mention]Medianext.MX[/mention] said, the large atrium, said studio in the atrium, the lineup of candidates projected in AR, even down to the three minutes of electronic-style build up music! Graphics look great on France 2, but especially TF1 which adds that little bit of class which a special event such as an election demands.
Sky News and BBC Scotland seem to have set the zeitgeist for general election presentation in Europe for the next while :lol:

We had the TF1 programme on and my mother was engrossed in the panel's analysis. I thought it was a clever bit of scheduling to put Les Visiteurs on afterwards as it was a film that could be easily scheduled later if the election show was extended which it was.

And we've got the date and time for the traditional face-to-face debate: Wednesday 20 at 9pm. Broadcast on TF1 and France 2, it is reported production will be handled by TF1, as it was in 2017, but there are no words about the moderators (must be a male and a female presenter, and equally represent both channels).
Ratings-wise, TF1 won by a large margin and the biggest audience since 2007 for its overrun election special, with 7,3 million people and a peak of 9 million (during the Macron speech). France 2 came a close second but with the lowest audience since 2002, with only 4.6 million people, with a peak of 7.1 million during the exit poll. M6 surprised in their audiences, with 2,2 million people watching their special 19h45, in part thanks to their counterprogramming strategy and taking some of RTL's pundits, and in other part thanks to France 3's reduced broadcast, which only got 1,47 million viewers, its lowest ratings ever.
Over in the news channel, BFM TV was the undisputed leader (and fourth most-watched channel in the global TNT fold) with 1,33 million people, with a peak during the exit poll of 1,87 million, even beating France 3's very low rating. The CNEWS/Europe 1 common broadcast was really successful for the punditry channel, with 922k at 20h, even with many technical mistakes and punditry taking emphasis over live results. LCI's and franceinfo's coverage were low rated, with only 571k and 391k viewers, respectively.
