OK, so I just remembered something; one time I was in this Discord group called "CARI" where they research and categorize "consumer aesthetics" and I distinctly remember participating by deciding which one of the many ITV logos from '89-onwards belongs in which aesthetic

1989's logo, with its serif font and general classic stylings, was a dead ringer for what they called "Frasurbane"

Meanwhile, 1998's logo belonged in the "Corporate Gen-X Cyber" category, mostly because of its font and "digital" like appearance

And while I don't know about 2006's logo, 2013's definitely has the "Vector Minimalism" look, with its flat, minimalist look

Idk if this is the right place to post this, but at 17:33, ITV London suddenly went black, then after a while a promotion for ITV News Meridian came up instead of one for ITV News London, I was so confused.

I wonder how on earth this sort of thing is possible, as it's not exactly a once-in-a-blue-moon mishap - earlier this year they had one of the CAs promote the 'Drama vs Reality' god-knows-what (still don't know what that's all about) on top of the news. I think they've had a few similar mishaps since, including playing the wrong announcement into programmes (eg "Now on ITV, it's In for a Penny" *Regional News starts*).
