It seems like ITV2 are only going up to season 8 with Bob's Burgers for now as they are going back to season 1 from the 21st. They have also oddly skipped season 7 for some reason.

Clarkson on TV really is quite brilliant.

ITV Programming Thread - JK1985 - 10-07-2021

I think Jeremy Clarkson's availability is a factor for the very little new episodes made. It is on air again next week, so hopefully this is now a proper series. Great fun on a Saturday late night.

Harry Potter has been removed from today’s schedule, instead they’re showing The Italian Job.

ITV Programming Thread - Brekkie - 11-07-2021

ITV managed to end up rescheduling the whole day rather than just changing it from 3.25pm onwards, and also replaced the repeat of Rolling In It with The Void. Personally think they'd have been better leaving things as scheduled till 3.25pm and then airing the film and news before starting the Euros coverage at 6pm.

Talking of The Void - always appreciate a physical game show rather than yet another quiz (especially a quiz where the winner is determined at random on the final round). It was OK but unusually for an ITV show IMO suffered from having too much packed into an hour. It could easily have lost a round and flowed a bit better.

ITV also dropped the Tom Cruise film Collateral from the schedule yesterday in favour of a preview show and a Bear Grylls special.

I notice that Gary Lineker's primetime ITV quiz has been commissioned for 6 episodes later this year.

No news on Ian Wright's Moneyball, although Lee Mack's 1% Club I believe did conclude filming.

I’ve only just caught up with this now, and I can safely say this has been the funniest episode of the run so far. The clip of Gary Busey Pet Judge had me in tears, it was ridiculous.

Was expected considering the last series went out at 6pm.

A little sad about '5 Gold Rings'. Me and my partner always enjoyed watching it and playing along with the app. Kind of expected it to be axed as the rating were quite low for the last series.

ITV have announced their Autumn schedule:

Just having a skim through it now. The two things that pop out initially are that there's more dramas than I expected, and no mention of Starstruck which seems surprising given that it was filmed a couple of months back.

Undercover Boss is BACK!

Although, this time it’s being rebooted as ‘Undercover Big Boss’.

From Studio Lambert:

Quote:Undercover Boss has been supersized and rebooted for ITV. It is more timely than ever, as Britain reopens following three devastating lockdowns and UK firms face their greatest challenge, a battle to survive. With the gap between multi-millionaire bosses and their struggling workers wider than ever, there will be big emotion, big rewards and some big shocks in store as the bosses get their hands dirty as they go undercover in their own companies to discover what's not working, fix the failings and reward the employees who deserve special recognition.
