None of those things will be affected.

None of those things will be affected.
If cuts would have to be made and that they could be force to close some services, then I suggest that CBeebies should be closed and all of its programmes moved on to the main CBBC Channel.
Whilst this is a serious subject, and I shouldn't be flippant about it, I couldn't help thinking when I read those headlines - will Project Chameleon be complete before the closure of the BBC in 2027?!
Those articles are deeply worrying. I don't see why the government is hellbent on attacking public services like the BBC.
See, I get where they're coming from, but abolishing the one motive of funding for the BBC will literally result in production companies losing money to the point where they may end up going bankrupt. The government is deliberately pulling apart crucial television services like a Jenga tower. Services, which the BBC need for audiences to stay relevant to them, like BBC Three, would have to completely be axed and educational services like Bitesize sold off.
And the sad reality is that the BBC is in a tattered reputation that I don't think most of the public would really care until it's fully gone.

There was, but they canned the rollout because the idents didn't really represent that much of the UK. So we're stuck with Oneness for now, with the new idents somewhere over the horizon.

Yeah let’s merge Radio 4 with 1Xtra while we’re at it, given that’s another 2 services with some obvious overlap of content.
The Guardian is reporting that the BBC licence fee is to be abolished in 2027 and its funding frozen.

Very sad state of affairs. Not surprised equally based on the state of this govt as it has been of late. BBC as it currently is will certainly not be the same if there is a subscription model.
Assuming that the cuts goes ahead at the time licence fee scrapped and replace with new model they will need to close, sold or merge some services that overlap the content or deemed unprofitable. For example, CBeebies needs to merge again with CBBC channel or Radio 1 spinoffs must merge with main Radio 1 into one station, on the other side, unprofitable service like Bitesize needs to close or sold out.
Time has changed for the BBC as it feels very different to those decades ago.
