Looks like Nightscreen is no more as of 1st October, replaced by ‘Time to Unwind on ITV’ which is described as some sort of nightly well-being thing.
So who's recording the last one, then? Tongue

I like that approach, considering how mental health issues have become an epidemic of sorts here in the UK. Hopefully this new programme could provide some much-needed calm to those struggling,

Piers Morgan to host then?
For anyone who missed it last time, ITV Nightscreen is made in the Midlands and contributes a sizeable chunk of ITV's out of London quota. Ofcom decided to close this loophole so that 'self-promotional' content was excluded from the quota. But the cynic in me thinks Ofcom's just created another new loophole and this new wellbeing show could be a way of exploiting it and it will continue to be a low effort, low cost show made in the regions, perhaps even by the same team.

I wouldn't be surprised if it was just library music, a bit of stock landscape footage and some abstract moving shapes they've bought for cheap from Getty.
Couldn’t they just bung on a few repeats of The Art of Landscape?

Yeah. Given it's going out at 3am, I'd be very surprised if it even gets a whiff of someone in front of a camera - I think even abstract moving shapes may be a bit much. Perhaps just motivational quotes over a pretty image.

Me Big Grin I’m even recording the last ones on the sister channels!
I know CBeebies recently (within the last 12 months) replaced their 5:30am barker loop with Daydreams, a lovely piece with ambient footage and music narrated by Olivia Colman. Nice to see ITV will be following suit with something similar hopefully.
I wonder if this is some sort of duty of care offset scheme so they can keep making Love Island and not feel bad about it

I say run repeats of James Whale and Donahue Tongue

Doubt it. It's barely shown on those channels even now.
I miss its first few years when it was just in vision pages from teletext.
