Anglia and Lookaround are on the channel too, its like i'm doing a mini series! ITV Regions in England are Scrapping Distancing Every Monday, I Wonder What Region is Next!

The remaining regions are Calendar, UTV Live, Granada Reports, Westcountry, central and channel so one of them

UTV Live has scrapped social distancing, as seen in the 5:35 preview

Central have also scrapped social distancing this evening.

Very nice. 2 On a Monday!

UTV also appear to suffer from small desk syndrome which makes the presenters look uncomfortably close in those shots. Central have some decent shots which make the desk look bigger.

Some of these desks look very small in post Covid eyes. Look at the UTV one, the laptop is hanging off the desk, one false move and it’ll be on the floor.

They’ve gone from social distancing to practically sat on top of each other

Wales, tyne Tees and Border have those desks, they aint nice, but there is no problem for wales as there is 1 presenter.

Is it just me or does Granada's look lower more like a coffee table?

No, its the same, just has a grey bottom, they used to have the desk like ITV London which is short. Only Regions with Small Short Desks are Calendar & London

Meridian has a coffee table height desk much like calendar (exept possibly a tad higher)

I don't think West Country's desk is as high either.

I do feel as though a lot of the comments about how 'cramped' everyone appears in the above pictures have only arisen as a result of people having become used to folks sitting unnaturally far away from each other over the past eighteen months.

I don't think many people would have suggested that the presenters look like sardines were we looking at these screen caps back in the bad old days of 2019. It would just look... normal.

All looks perfectly good to me. I'm delighted to see some normality returning.
