Adanna Clarke took legal action against Channel 5 Broadcasting after complaining about the misuse of her private information in respect of the filming, making and "multiple broadcasts" of an episode of the programme.

Channel 5 Broadcasting had mounted a defence to her claim.

Bemused by the use of the phrase "popular television show" at the start of that article. I thought that *every* Channel 5 programme only got about 17 viewers (at best)?! Tongue

Its one of those shows that's good to watch when its on in the background - don't need to pay too much attention - I like it - couldn't do that job

Quite a dated view of Channel 5.

The show rates pretty well for the channel and is one of its better known shows I'd say.
