A promo for election coverage failed during the junction between the late Reporting Scotland and Scotland's showing of Panaroma earlier tonight. It got stuck on screen and wouldn't go away, but thankfully didn't result in a full breakdown.
Apologies the audio is a little out of sync (this just affects my dodgy capture - it was fine on the telly):

Slightly unusual that the (presumably) live continuity announcer chose not to mention it at all.
